دعوى «أنا مليونير» تلاحق محمد رمضان.. والمحكمة تحدد موعد النظر – أخبار السعودية
تشهد الدعوى المقامة ضد الفنان محمد رمضان تطورًا جديدًا، بعدما حددت المحكمة المختصة يوم 17 أكتوبر الجاري موعدًا لنظر القضية المرفوعة من منتجة فنية، تتهمه فيها باستخدام مقطع من أغنية (أنا مليونير) دون الحصول على موافقة أصحاب الحقوق.
وتعود تفاصيل النزاع إلى استخدام مقطع من الأغنية التي قدمها المطرب أحمد جعفر وأنتجتها إحدى الشركات، ويتضمن كلمات: «على أي أرض نزلتها كسبت محبة أهلها»، حيث اعتبرت المنتجة أن استخدام المقطع تم من دون الحصول على التصاريح اللازمة من أصحاب الحقوق.
وأوضحت المنتجة، في بيان لها، أنها تواصلت مع شقيق محمد رمضان لإبلاغه باعتراضها على استخدام جزء من الأغنية، مبينة أنه وعد بالتحقق من الأمر، إلا أن التواصل لم يسفر عن حل للنزاع؛ ما دفعها إلى اللجوء للقضاء واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.
ومن المقرر أن تنظر المحكمة في ملابسات القضية ومدى توافر التصاريح المتعلقة بحقوق الملكية الفكرية للأغنية؛ تمهيدًا للفصل في النزاع وفق ما تنتهي إليه الإجراءات القضائية.
في سياق آخر، يواصل محمد رمضان استعداداته للعودة إلى الدراما الرمضانية من خلال مسلسل (عشماوي)، المقرر عرضه في موسم رمضان 2027، بعدما كشف عبر حساباته الرسمية عن أولى صور شخصيته في العمل.
The lawsuit filed against artist Mohamed Ramadan has witnessed a new development, as the competent court has set October 17 of this year as the date to hear the case brought by a production company, accusing him of using a clip from the song (I’m a Millionaire) without obtaining permission from the rights holders.
The details of the dispute date back to the use of a clip from the song performed by singer Ahmed Jafar and produced by one of the companies, which includes the lyrics: “On any land you land, you gain the love of its people.” The producer considered that the use of the clip was done without obtaining the necessary permits from the rights holders.
The producer clarified, in a statement, that she contacted Mohamed Ramadan’s brother to inform him of her objection to the use of part of the song, indicating that he promised to look into the matter, but the communication did not result in a resolution to the dispute; which prompted her to resort to the judiciary and take the necessary legal actions.
The court is scheduled to consider the circumstances of the case and the availability of permits related to the intellectual property rights of the song; in preparation for resolving the dispute according to the outcome of the judicial proceedings.
In another context, Mohamed Ramadan continues his preparations to return to Ramadan drama through the series (Ashmawy), which is set to be aired in the Ramadan season of 2027, after he revealed through his official accounts the first images of his character in the work.
