خلاف مدرب ولاعب تحول بصفة رسمية إلى جدل عالمي وبراند كبير لكافة العالم، بعد الخلاف الذي نشب بين البرتغاليين المدرب جورجي جيسوس والقائد كريستيانو رونالدو، الذي على إثره غادر الأخير معسكر المنتخب. ويعود الأمر إلى أن جيسوس أخبر الدون بأنه لن يبدأ مباراة الدنمارك أسوةً بمباراة النرويج السابقة، ذلك الأمر أغضب رونالدو وجعله يغادر ولم يودّع زملاءه، ولم يعلّق سوى بعبارة وعد فيها بكشف “الحقيقة كاملة” في وقت لاحق. لم يمرّ الموقف دون ردّ فعل، وكان الصوت الأقوى والأكثر صرامةً صوت الأسطورة السويدية زلاتان إبراهيموفيتش، الذي تحدث بصراحة لا تعرف المجاملة، وكأنه يخلع معه القناع عن واقع لا يحبّه أحد أن يقوله. لم يكن ما حدث مجرد خلاف بين لاعب ومدرب، بل كان صدى صراع أزليّ بين الإنسان والزمن.
رونالدو الذي اعتاد أن يكون فوق القواعد، اكتشف فجأة أن القواعد لا تستثني أحداً، وإن طال الزمن. علق السويدي زلاتان إبراهيموفيتش، على الأزمة الأخيرة بين المدرب جيسوس والقائد رونالدو وذلك على خلفية جلوسه على مقاعد البدلاء خلال إحدى مباريات المنتخب.
وقال إبراهيموفيتش، في تصريحات تلفزيونية، متحدثًا عن موقف رونالدو من الجلوس على مقاعد البدلاء:« اسمع، لا ينبغي لرونالدو أن يغضب لمجرد جلوسه على مقاعد البدلاء؛ أنا زلاتان، وقد أجلسني مورينيو على الدكة في أوج عطائي».
وأضاف:« على رونالدو أن يدرك أن العمر قد بدأ يدركه، فلم يعد بإمكانه اللعب في كل دقيقة. من جانبه وجه لاعب كرة القدم السابق باولو سيرجيو انتقادات قاسية للنجم البرتغالي كريستيانو رونالدو»، مؤكداً أن تصرفاته الأخيرة مع منتخب بلاده تفتقر إلى الامتنان وتغلب عليها الأنا.
تساءل سيرجيو عن مدى امتنان رونالدو لمنتخب البرتغال الذي قدم له الكثير، موضحاً أن مغادرته للمنتخب وزملائه يعكس موقفاً أنانياً للغاية، وأشار إلى أن اللاعب يعيش في جلباب الماضي ويرفض تقبل واقعه الحالي، مشيراً إلى أن عدم تقبله الجلوس على دكة البدلاء أمر لا ينبغي أن يحدث في رياضة جماعية.
أوضح سيرجيو أن قرارات الجهاز الفني ترتكز دوماً على مصلحة المجموع وليس الفرد، لافتاً إلى أن تفوق البرتغال وسير المباراة كانا السبب وراء عدم إشراك رونالدو. وأضاف أن المدرب يعمل وفق إستراتيجية تخدم المنتخب ككل، وهو ما يجب على الجميع احترامه بغض النظر عن قيمة اللاعب التاريخية. حمّل سيرجيو المقربين من رونالدو من عائلة وأصدقاء ووكلاء أعمال مسؤولية التغاضي عن تصرفاته وعدم توجيهه للنصح الصائب.
واختتم بالتأكيد على أن رونالدو يمتلك كل المقومات لإنهاء مسيرته بطريقة مثالية، إلا أن القرارات والمواقف الحالية تسيء لهذا التاريخ الحافل.
A dispute between a coach and a player has officially turned into a global controversy and a major brand for the entire world, following the disagreement that arose between the Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus and captain Cristiano Ronaldo, which led to the latter leaving the national team camp. The issue stems from Jesus informing the star that he would not start in the match against Denmark, similar to the previous match against Norway. This upset Ronaldo, causing him to leave without saying goodbye to his teammates, only commenting with a phrase in which he promised to reveal “the whole truth” later. The situation did not pass without a reaction, and the loudest and most assertive voice was that of Swedish legend Zlatan Ibrahimović, who spoke candidly without any flattery, as if he were removing the mask from a reality that no one likes to acknowledge. What happened was not just a disagreement between a player and a coach, but rather a reflection of an eternal struggle between man and time.
Ronaldo, who is used to being above the rules, suddenly discovered that the rules do not exempt anyone, no matter how long it takes. Swedish Zlatan Ibrahimović commented on the recent crisis between coach Jesus and captain Ronaldo, following Ronaldo’s sitting on the bench during one of the national team matches.
Ibrahimović said in television statements, discussing Ronaldo’s situation regarding sitting on the bench: “Listen, Ronaldo should not be angry just for sitting on the bench; I am Zlatan, and Mourinho once put me on the bench at the peak of my performance.”
He added: “Ronaldo needs to realize that age has started to catch up with him; he can no longer play every minute. Former footballer Paulo Sergio also harshly criticized Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, asserting that his recent behavior with the national team lacks gratitude and is dominated by ego.”
Sergio questioned how grateful Ronaldo is to the Portugal national team, which has given him so much, explaining that his departure from the team and his teammates reflects an extremely selfish attitude.
