«الأرصاد»: أمطار غزيرة وسيول على أجزاء من 5 مناطق – أخبار السعودية

توقّع المركز الوطني للأرصاد استمرار هطول الأمطار الرعدية المتوسطة إلى الغزيرة، اليوم (السبت)، على أجزاء من خمس مناطق في المملكة، قد تؤدي إلى جريان السيول، وتكون مصحوبة بزخات من البرد.

وأوضح المركز في تقريره اليومي عن حالة الطقس أن الأمطار المتوسطة إلى الغزيرة تشمل أجزاء من مناطق جازان وعسير والباحة ومكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة، فيما يُتوقع هطول أمطار خفيفة إلى متوسطة على أجزاء من تبوك والجوف وحائل والقصيم والحدود الشمالية والمنطقة الشرقية.

وأشار التقرير إلى استمرار تأثير الرياح النشطة المثيرة للأتربة والغبار على أجزاء من تلك المناطق، إضافة إلى أجزاء من منطقة نجران، فيما لا يُستبعد تكوّن الضباب على الأجزاء الساحلية من منطقتي الشرقية ومكة المكرمة.

وفي البحر الأحمر، تكون الرياح السطحية شمالية غربية إلى غربية بسرعة تتراوح بين 15 و40 كيلومتراً في الساعة على الجزء الشمالي، وشمالية غربية إلى جنوبية غربية بالسرعة ذاتها على الجزء الأوسط، فيما تتراوح سرعتها بين 10 و30 كيلومتراً في الساعة على الجزء الجنوبي، وقد تصل إلى 50 كيلومتراً في الساعة مع تكوّن السحب الرعدية الممطرة.

ويتراوح ارتفاع الموج في البحر الأحمر بين متر ومترين على الجزأين الشمالي والأوسط، وبين نصف متر ومتر على الجزء الجنوبي، وقد يتجاوز مترين مع السحب الرعدية الممطرة. وتكون حالة البحر خفيف إلى متوسط الموج شمالاً ووسطاً، وخفيف الموج يصل إلى مائج جنوباً مع السحب الرعدية.

أما الخليج العربي، فتكون الرياح السطحية جنوبية إلى جنوبية شرقية بسرعة تتراوح بين 10 و38 كيلومتراً في الساعة على الجزء الشمالي، وشرقية إلى جنوبية شرقية بسرعة بين 10 و30 كيلومتراً في الساعة على الجزء الجنوبي.

ويتراوح ارتفاع الموج في الخليج بين نصف متر ومتر ونصف على الجزء الشمالي، وبين نصف متر ومتر على الجزء الجنوبي، فيما تكون حالة البحر خفيف إلى متوسط الموج شمالاً وخفيف الموج جنوباً.

The National Center of Meteorology expects the continuation of moderate to heavy thunderstorm rain today (Saturday) in parts of five regions in the Kingdom, which may lead to the flow of torrents and be accompanied by hail showers.

The center clarified in its daily weather report that the moderate to heavy rain includes parts of the Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, Makkah, and Madinah regions, while light to moderate rain is expected in parts of Tabuk, Al-Jawf, Hail, Al-Qassim, the Northern Borders, and the Eastern Province.

The report indicated the continued effect of active winds stirring up dust and sand in parts of those regions, in addition to parts of the Najran region, while the formation of fog on the coastal areas of the Eastern and Makkah regions cannot be ruled out.

In the Red Sea, surface winds are northwesterly to westerly at speeds ranging from 15 to 40 kilometers per hour in the northern part, northwesterly to southwesterly at the same speed in the central part, while their speed ranges from 10 to 30 kilometers per hour in the southern part, and may reach 50 kilometers per hour with the formation of thunderstorm clouds.

Wave heights in the Red Sea range from one to two meters in the northern and central parts, and between half a meter and one meter in the southern part, and may exceed two meters with thunderstorm rain clouds. The sea condition is light to moderate wave in the north and center, and light wave reaching choppy in the south with thunderstorm clouds.

As for the Arabian Gulf, surface winds are southerly to southeasterly at speeds ranging from 10 to 38 kilometers per hour in the northern part, and easterly to southeasterly at speeds between 10 and 30 kilometers per hour in the southern part.

Wave heights in the Gulf range from half a meter to one and a half meters in the northern part, and between half a meter and one meter in the southern part, while the sea condition is light to moderate wave in the north and light wave in the south.
