لأول مرة.. نتنياهو يعترف: خضعت لعلاج سرطان البروستاتا – أخبار السعودية
أعلن رئيس وزراء الاحتلال بنيامين نتنياهو خضوعه أخيرا لعلاج سري من سرطان البروستاتا، بالتزامن مع نشر نتائج فحصه الطبي السنوي.
ويعد هذا الإعلان الأول من نوعه الذي يكشف فيه نتنياهو، البالغ من العمر 76 عامًا وأطول رؤساء الحكومات بقاءً في المنصب لدى الكيان المحتل، عن إصابته بالسرطان.
وكان نتنياهو قد خضع في ديسمبر 2024 لعملية جراحية لعلاج تضخم البروستاتا، دون أن يُعلن حينها عن تفاصيل إضافية تتعلق بحالته الصحية.
وبحسب مصدر مطّلع لشبكة «CNN»، فإن التشخيص تم قبل عدة أشهر، فيما بدأ نتنياهو العلاج الإشعاعي قبل نحو شهرين ونصف، وأنهى جلساته أخيرًا.
وقال نتنياهو إنه خضع لعلاج إشعاعي موجه، مؤكدًا أن «البقعة السرطانية اختفت تماما»، مضيفًا أنه يتمتع بحالة صحية جيدة، وأن ما مر به كان «مشكلة صحية محدودة في البروستاتا وتمت معالجتها بالكامل».
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has finally announced that he is undergoing secret treatment for prostate cancer, coinciding with the release of his annual medical examination results.
This announcement is the first of its kind in which Netanyahu, who is 76 years old and the longest-serving head of government in the occupied entity, reveals his cancer diagnosis.
Netanyahu underwent surgery in December 2024 to treat an enlarged prostate, without disclosing any additional details regarding his health condition at that time.
According to a source familiar with CNN, the diagnosis was made several months ago, while Netanyahu began radiation therapy about two and a half months ago and has recently completed his sessions.
Netanyahu stated that he underwent targeted radiation treatment, confirming that “the cancerous spot has completely disappeared,” adding that he is in good health and that what he experienced was “a limited health issue in the prostate that has been fully treated.”
