فرنسا: تأثير حرب إيران على الميزانية يصل لـ6 مليارات يورو – أخبار السعودية
أعلن وزير مالية فرنسا رولان ليسكيور أن الحرب في الشرق الأوسط سيكون لها تأثير تقديري على ميزانية البلاد بقيمة 6 مليارات يورو (7.1 مليار دولار).
وقال في مقابلة مع إذاعة (آر تي إل): «هذه الأزمة لا تزال غير مؤكدة للغاية في مسارها، وفي تأثيرها الاقتصادي وعلى المالية العامة، وفي هذه المرحلة، لا يزال التأثير المحتمل للأزمة كبيراً جداً، نحن نتحدث عن 4 إلى 6 مليارات يورو». وأضاف: «سنضع تدابير احترازية موضع التنفيذ، وسنجمّد الإنفاق، ويمكننا لاحقاً رفع التجميد إذا تحسنت الأوضاع».
خفض توقعات النمو
من جهتها، ذكرت صحيفة «لو موند» أن رئيس الوزراء سيباستيان ليكورنو أرسل رسالة إلى وزرائه، قال فيها إن الإدارات الحكومية ستضطر إلى إجراء تخفيضات لتعويض آثار الصراع، والحفاظ على مسار عجز الموازنة نحو هدفه البالغ 5% لعام 2026.
وقالت الصحيفة: «إن الحكومة تخطط لتجميد نحو 6 مليارات يورو من الإنفاق، منها نحو 4 مليارات يورو على مستوى الحكومة المركزية ومليارا يورو للضمان الاجتماعي».
وفي وقت سابق من الشهر، خفضت الحكومة توقعاتها للنمو الاقتصادي لهذا العام إلى 0.9% بدلاً من 1% التي تضمنها مشروع قانون ميزانية 2026. ومن المتوقع أيضاً أن يتسارع معدل التضخم مقارنة بما كان متوقعاً في السابق ليسجل 1.9% بدلاً من 1.3%.
French Finance Minister Roland Lescure announced that the war in the Middle East will have an estimated impact on the country’s budget of 6 billion euros ($7.1 billion).
In an interview with RTL radio, he said: “This crisis is still very uncertain in its course, in its economic impact, and on public finances. At this stage, the potential impact of the crisis is still very significant; we are talking about 4 to 6 billion euros.” He added: “We will implement precautionary measures, we will freeze spending, and we can later lift the freeze if conditions improve.”
Lowering Growth Expectations
For its part, the newspaper “Le Monde” reported that Prime Minister Élisabeth Borne sent a message to her ministers, stating that government departments will have to make cuts to offset the effects of the conflict and maintain the budget deficit trajectory towards its target of 5% by 2026.
The newspaper stated: “The government plans to freeze about 6 billion euros in spending, including about 4 billion euros at the central government level and 2 billion euros for social security.”
Earlier this month, the government lowered its economic growth forecast for this year to 0.9% instead of the 1% included in the 2026 budget bill. The inflation rate is also expected to accelerate compared to previous expectations, reaching 1.9% instead of 1.3%.
