توج منتخب كوريا الجنوبية بذهبية دورة الألعاب الآسيوية لكرة القدم للمرة الرابعة على التوالي، بعد فوزه على اليابان بهدف دون رد، في المباراة النهائية التي أقيمت اليوم (السبت) على ملعب «تويوتا».
سونغ يسجل هدف التتويج
جاء هدف تتويج كوريا الجنوبية بالميدالية الذهبية عن طريق اللاعب إيوم جي سونغ عند الدقيقة 61، بعدما تلاعب بأحد مدافعي اليابان داخل منطقة الجزاء، وأطلق تسديدة قوية استقرت في الشباك.
إعفاء من الخدمة العسكرية
وتحمل الميدالية الذهبية أهمية مضاعفة للاعبي كوريا الجنوبية، إذ تتيح لهم الإعفاء من الخدمة العسكرية الإلزامية المفروضة على الرجال في البلاد.
الصين تحرز البرونزية
كما حصد منتخب الصين الميدالية البرونزية عقب فوزه على أوزبكستان بركلات الترجيح 4-3، بعد انتهاء الوقت الأصلي بالتعادل 2-2.
The South Korean national team won the gold medal in the Asian Games football tournament for the fourth consecutive time, after defeating Japan 1-0 in the final match held today (Saturday) at the “Toyota” Stadium.
Seong Scores the Winning Goal
The goal that secured South Korea the gold medal came from player Eom Ji Seong in the 61st minute, after he skillfully maneuvered past a Japanese defender inside the penalty area and unleashed a powerful shot that found the back of the net.
Exemption from Military Service
The gold medal holds double significance for South Korean players, as it grants them exemption from the mandatory military service imposed on men in the country.
China Wins Bronze
The Chinese national team also claimed the bronze medal after defeating Uzbekistan in a penalty shootout 4-3, following a 2-2 draw at the end of regular time.
