كبدت المليشيا خسائر فادحة.. القوات اليمنية تحبط هجوماً حوثياً في جبهة ذوباب – أخبار السعودية
أحبطت القوات اليمنية عملية هجومية ومحاولة تسلل لعناصر مليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية في مديرية “ذوباب” بمحافظة تعز المطلة على باب المندب بالساحل الغربي.
وأعلنت “ألوية العمالقة”،اليوم السبت، كسر هجوم للحوثيين على مواقعها في شمال مطار ذوباب. وأضافت في منشور على منصة “إكس” أنها كبدت الحوثيين خسائر فادحة في العتاد والأرواح، بالتزامن مع شنّ طيران التحالف العربي غارات جوية على تعزيزات دفعت بها مليشيات الحوثي.
وأكدت مصادر ميدانية أن القوات المرابطة في خطوط التماس خاضت اشتباكات عنيفة مع العناصر المهاجمة، مستخدمة الأسلحة المتوسطة والثقيلة، عقب رصد محاولة التسلل الحوثية باتجاه المواقع العسكرية. وأفادت المصادر بأن القوات تمكنت من إفشال الهجوم تماماً وإجبار القوات المهاجمة على التراجع والفرار بعد تكبيدها خسائر بشرية ومادية في العتاد. وأشارت إلى أن الحالة الأمنية في القطاع عادت إلى الاستقرار مع الاستمرار في مراقبة تحركات العناصر المسلحة.
تكتسب مديرية ذوباب أهمية إستراتيجية بالغة بالنظر إلى موقعها الجغرافي الحاكم بالقرب من مضيق باب المندب، وهو ما يجعلها دائماً في مرمى الهجمات الحوثية.
ويرى مراقبون عسكريون أن تكرار هذه المحاولات الهجومية في جبهات الساحل الغربي يعكس إستراتيجية حوثية تسعى لإرباك خطوط الدفاع وتجربة مدى جاهزية القوات المرابطة، فضلاً عن محاولة تحقيق أي خرق ميداني يمكن استغلاله إعلامياً ورسم قواعد اشتباك جديدة في المنطقة، إلا أن القوات اليمنية أفشلت كل مخططاتها.
وأكدت قيادات ميدانية في القوات المشتركة رفع درجة الجاهزية واليقظة العسكرية في سائر القطاعات الدفاعية، مشددة على أن أي تحركات أو محاولات تسلل قادمة ستواجه بالرد الحاسم والردع الفوري لحماية المناطق المحررة وتأمين خطوط الملاحة البحرية.
تأتي هذه التطورات في ظل تصعيد حوثي متكرر يستهدف مواقع القوات اليمنية في جبهات الساحل الغربي، محاولة أسر أو اختراق المواقع الدفاعية المؤمنة لممر الملاحة الدولي بالقرب من مضيق باب المندب.
The Yemeni forces thwarted an offensive operation and an infiltration attempt by elements of the Houthi terrorist militia in the “Dhobab” district of Taiz province, overlooking the Bab al-Mandab strait on the western coast.
Field sources confirmed that the forces stationed at the front lines engaged in fierce clashes with the attacking elements, using medium and heavy weapons, after detecting the Houthi infiltration attempt towards the military positions. The sources reported that the forces were able to completely thwart the attack and forced the attacking troops to retreat and flee after inflicting human and material losses on them. They noted that the security situation in the sector has returned to stability while continuing to monitor the movements of armed elements.
The Dhobab district holds significant strategic importance due to its commanding geographical location near the Bab al-Mandab strait, which makes it constantly a target for Houthi attacks.
Military observers believe that the repetition of these offensive attempts on the western coast fronts reflects a Houthi strategy aimed at confusing the defense lines and testing the readiness of the stationed forces, in addition to attempting to achieve any field breach that can be exploited media-wise and establish new rules of engagement in the area. However, the Yemeni forces have thwarted all their plans.
Field leaders in the joint forces confirmed the elevation of readiness and military vigilance across all defensive sectors, emphasizing that any movements or infiltration attempts will be met with decisive response and immediate deterrence to protect the liberated areas and secure maritime navigation lines.
These developments come amid repeated Houthi escalations targeting Yemeni forces’ positions on the western coast fronts, attempting to capture or breach the secured defensive positions of the international shipping corridor near the Bab al-Mandab strait.
