تركيا: السجن المؤبد لابنة المغنية غللو بعد إدانتها بقتل والدتها – أخبار السعودية
أصدرت محكمة الجنايات في يالوفا بتركيا حكماً بالسجن المؤبد المشدد على توغيان أولكم غولتر ابنة المغنية الشعبية غول توت، الشهيرة باسم غللو، لإدانتها بقتل والدتها عمداً.
السقوط من النافذة
وتوفيت غللو، في 26 سبتمبر 2025، عن عمر يناهز 52 عاماً بعدما سقطت من نافذة منزلها الواقع في الطابق السادس بمدينة تشينارجيك التابعة لمحافظة يالوفا.
وأثارت ظروف الوفاة في حينها تساؤلات بشأن ما إذا كان السقوط حادثاً أم أن هناك شبهة جنائية، ومع انطلاق التحقيقات، تحولت القضية إلى مسار أكثر تعقيداً، وصولاً إلى توجيه اتهامات إلى ابنتها، التي كانت موجودة في المنزل ليلة الحادث، إلى جانب صديقتها سلطان نور أولو.
السجن المؤبد المشدد
بعد التحقيق في ملابسات وفاة المغنية، وجه الادعاء العام إلى توغيان غولتر تهمة القتل العمد مع سبق الإصرار بحق أحد الأصول، وهي تهمة خطيرة في القانون التركي، وطالب الادعاء بإنزال عقوبة السجن المؤبد المشدد بحقها، مستنداً إلى ما ورد في ملف التحقيقات وشهادات الشهود والأدلة التي نوقشت خلال المحاكمة.
وفي جلسة 9 أكتوبر، أصدرت محكمة الجنايات الأولى في يالوفا حكمها بإدانة غولتر ومعاقبتها بالسجن المؤبد المشدد بتهمة القتل العمد بحق والدتها.
ويُعد هذا الحكم تطوراً أساسياً في القضية، لكنه لا يعني انتهاء المسار القضائي بصورة نهائية، إذ أعلن دفاع المتهمة عزمه متابعة الطعن أمام درجات التقاضي الأعلى.
نفي الاتهامات
وخلال المحاكمة، نفت المتهمة ارتكاب الجريمة، وقدمت روايتها بشأن الساعات الأخيرة التي قضتها مع والدتها.
وقالت إنها لم تشاهد لحظة سقوطها، موضحة أنها كانت في الغرفة مع صديقتها عندما سمعت صوتاً، ثم توجهت إلى الأسفل بعد أن أدركت ما حدث.
كما ظهرت المتهمة متأثرة خلال دفاعها أمام المحكمة، ورفضت الاتهامات الموجهة إليها، مؤكدة أنها فقدت والدتها وأنها تتعرض للظلم.
وفي المقابل، ناقشت المحكمة إفادات الشهود والأدلة المطروحة في الملف قبل إصدار حكمها.
The Yalova Criminal Court in Turkey issued a life sentence with aggravated conditions against Tugyan Olkum Gulter, the daughter of the popular singer Gul Tut, known as Gullu, for her conviction of intentionally killing her mother.
The Fall from the Window
Gullu passed away on September 26, 2025, at the age of 52 after falling from the window of her home located on the sixth floor in the city of Cinarcik, part of Yalova Province.
The circumstances of her death raised questions at the time about whether the fall was an accident or if there was a criminal suspicion. As investigations began, the case took a more complicated turn, leading to charges against her daughter, who was present in the house on the night of the incident, along with her friend Sultan Noor Oglu.
Life Sentence with Aggravated Conditions
After investigating the circumstances surrounding the singer’s death, the public prosecutor charged Tugyan Gulter with premeditated murder against a relative, a serious charge under Turkish law. The prosecution requested a life sentence with aggravated conditions based on what was included in the investigation file, witness testimonies, and evidence discussed during the trial.
In a session on October 9, the First Criminal Court in Yalova issued its ruling convicting Gulter and sentencing her to life imprisonment with aggravated conditions for the charge of premeditated murder against her mother.
This ruling is a significant development in the case, but it does not mean the end of the judicial process, as the defendant’s defense announced its intention to appeal to higher courts.
Denying the Charges
During the trial, the defendant denied committing the crime and presented her account of the final hours she spent with her mother.
She stated that she did not see the moment of her fall, explaining that she was in the room with her friend when she heard a noise, and then went downstairs after realizing what had happened.
The defendant also appeared emotional during her defense in court, rejecting the charges against her, asserting that she lost her mother and that she is being treated unjustly.
In contrast, the court discussed the witness statements and the evidence presented in the file before issuing its ruling.
