محافظ صنعاء يطلق مبادرة لإغاثة تعز وقبائل مأرب تناقش إسناد المعركة – أخبار السعودية
أعلن محافظ صنعاء، عبدالقوي أحمد عباد شريف اليوم (الأحد)، إطلاق مبادرة إنسانية وإغاثية واسعة تحت شعار «صنعاء وتعز.. وحدة المصير وأخوة العطاء»، تتضمن حشد الجهود الرسمية والشعبية وتسيير قوافل إغاثية من صنعاء إلى محافظة تعز، بالتنسيق مع الحكومة اليمنية والسلطة المحلية بالمحافظة، وبمشاركة زعماء القبائل والوجهاء ورجال الأعمال والشخصيات الاجتماعية والمنظمات الإنسانية.
وأكد المحافظ أن المبادرة تستهدف تحويل مشاعر التضامن والأخوة إلى جهد إنساني عملي ومساعدات ملموسة، من خلال تجهيز قوافل محملة بالمواد الغذائية والأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية والحاجات الأساسية، والعمل بالتنسيق مع الجهات المختصة لضمان وصولها إلى المستفيدين وفقاً للحاجات والأولويات الإنسانية، موضحاً أن قيادة محافظة صنعاء تتطلع، بمشاركة وجهائها وأبنائها ورجال الأعمال فيها، إلى توسيع دائرة الإسهام المجتمعي في دعم أبناء تعز، وتقديم نموذج للتعاون والتكافل بين المحافظات اليمنية.
روابط وطنية بين تعز وصنعاء
وأكد شريف أن ما يجمع أبناء صنعاء وتعز من روابط وطنية واجتماعية وإنسانية أكبر من كل الظروف والتحديات، لافتاً إلى أن الهدف تنظيم جمع التبرعات وتجهيز القوافل وتسييرها، وفق آليات واضحة وشفافة لتوزيع المساعدات على مستحقيها.
ودعا محافظ صنعاء قبائل ووجهاء ورجال الأعمال والتجار والمغتربين وكافة أبناء المحافظة إلى التفاعل مع المبادرة والمساهمة في إنجاحها، كلٌّ بحسب قدرته، كما دعا المؤسسات الخيرية والمنظمات الإنسانية والإغاثية إلى المشاركة في توفير الحاجات الأساسية وتوسيع نطاق الاستجابة لمعاناة المواطنين.
وأكد أن المبادرة لا تقتصر على تقديم المساعدات الإغاثية، بل تحمل رسالة وطنية واضحة مفادها أن أبناء اليمن، على اختلاف محافظاتهم، يجمعهم المصير المشترك، وأن الوقوف إلى جانب المتضررين واجب إنساني وأخلاقي ومسؤولية جماعية تستدعي تضافر الجهود الرسمية والشعبية.
وذكر المحافظ أنه في إطار الترتيبات التنفيذية، ستعمل قيادة محافظة صنعاء على تشكيل لجنة تحضيرية للتنسيق مع الحكومة والسلطة المحلية بمحافظة تعز والجهات المعنية، لاستكمال إجراءات إطلاق الحملة وتجهيز القافلة الإغاثية الأولى، وتحديد آليات جمع المساهمات وتوزيع المساعدات بما يكفل الشفافية والعدالة في إيصالها إلى مستحقيها.
وشدد المحافظ على «صنعاء وتعز جسد واحد، وما يؤلم أبناء تعز يؤلم أبناء صنعاء، ووحدة المصير تفرض علينا أن نترجم مشاعر الأخوة والتضامن إلى مواقف إنسانية وأعمال ملموسة تخفف من معاناة المواطنين».
اجتماع لقبائل مأرب
في غضون ذلك، عقدت مصلحة شؤون القبائل بمحافظة مأرب اليوم اجتماعاً تشاورياً استجابة لدعوة القيادة السياسية بالنفير والتعبئة العامة، ناقشوا خلالها أهمية أن تكون القبيلة سنداً وعوناً للدولة والقوات المسلحة والأمن، للحفاظ على مؤسسات الدولة وكرامة وحرية الشعب.
كما ناقش الاجتماع طبيعة المرحلة والتحديات الراهنة، وأهمية أن يكون لكافة القبائل دور وطني يحافظ على القبيلة والدولة، ويحرر الشعب من ظلم وحكم المليشيات الإرهابية.
ودعا الاجتماع مؤسسات الدولة ذات العلاقة بالتعبئة والنفير إلى استيعاب ودعم أبناء القبائل وتنظيم وتفعيل كافة الطاقات والجهود لإسناد المعركة، واستعادة العاصمة صنعاء ومؤسسات الدولة، وأن المرحلة تتطلب أقصى درجات العمل الوطني الواعي والتكامل مع المؤسسة العسكرية والقيادة السياسية.
The Governor of Sana’a, Abdulqawi Ahmed Abad Sharif, announced today (Sunday) the launch of a wide-ranging humanitarian and relief initiative under the slogan “Sana’a and Taiz.. Unity of Destiny and Brotherhood of Giving.” This initiative includes mobilizing official and popular efforts and organizing relief convoys from Sana’a to Taiz Governorate, in coordination with the Yemeni government and the local authority in the governorate, with the participation of tribal leaders, dignitaries, businessmen, social figures, and humanitarian organizations.
The governor confirmed that the initiative aims to transform feelings of solidarity and brotherhood into practical humanitarian efforts and tangible assistance, by preparing convoys loaded with food supplies, medicines, medical supplies, and basic necessities, and working in coordination with the relevant authorities to ensure their delivery to beneficiaries according to humanitarian needs and priorities. He explained that the leadership of Sana’a Governorate looks forward, with the participation of its dignitaries, sons, and businessmen, to expanding the scope of community contribution in supporting the people of Taiz and providing a model of cooperation and solidarity among Yemeni governorates.
National Links Between Taiz and Sana’a
Sharif emphasized that the national, social, and humanitarian ties that bind the people of Sana’a and Taiz are greater than all circumstances and challenges, pointing out that the goal is to organize fundraising, prepare convoys, and mobilize them according to clear and transparent mechanisms for distributing aid to those in need.
The Governor of Sana’a called on tribes, dignitaries, businessmen, merchants, expatriates, and all citizens of the governorate to engage with the initiative and contribute to its success, each according to their ability. He also urged charitable institutions and humanitarian and relief organizations to participate in providing basic needs and expanding the response to the suffering of citizens.
He confirmed that the initiative is not limited to providing relief assistance but carries a clear national message that the people of Yemen, regardless of their governorates, share a common destiny, and that standing by the affected is a humanitarian and moral duty and a collective responsibility that requires the concerted efforts of both official and popular sectors.
The governor mentioned that as part of the executive arrangements, the leadership of Sana’a Governorate will work on forming a preparatory committee to coordinate with the government, the local authority in Taiz Governorate, and the relevant parties to complete the procedures for launching the campaign and preparing the first relief convoy, as well as determining the mechanisms for collecting contributions and distributing aid in a way that ensures transparency and fairness in delivering it to those entitled.
The governor stressed that “Sana’a and Taiz are one body, and what hurts the people of Taiz hurts the people of Sana’a. The unity of destiny compels us to translate feelings of brotherhood and solidarity into humanitarian stances and tangible actions that alleviate the suffering of citizens.”
Meeting for Marib Tribes
Meanwhile, the Tribal Affairs Authority in Marib Governorate held a consultative meeting today in response to the political leadership’s call for mobilization and general readiness, during which they discussed the importance of the tribe being a support and aid to the state, the armed forces, and security, to preserve state institutions and the dignity and freedom of the people.
The meeting also discussed the nature of the current phase and the existing challenges, and the importance of having a national role for all tribes that preserves both the tribe and the state, and liberates the people from the oppression and rule of terrorist militias.
The meeting called on the relevant state institutions for mobilization and readiness to accommodate and support the sons of the tribes and to organize and activate all energies and efforts to support the battle, restore the capital Sana’a and state institutions, emphasizing that the phase requires the utmost levels of conscious national work and integration with the military institution and political leadership.
