حقناه بمخدر ودفناه في «العيادة».. مصر تنفذ الإعدام بقاتلي «طبيب الساحل» – أخبار السعودية
طوت السلطات القضائية في مصر واحدة من أبشع الجرائم وأكثرها دموية في الذاكرة القريبة، بعدما نُفذ حكم الإعدام شنقاً بحق طبيب ومساعده، إدراكاً لجزائهما العادل إثر إدانتهما بقتل زميلهما أخصائي العظام الدكتور أسامة صبور، المعروف إعلامياً بـ«طبيب الساحل»، في جريمة هزت الرأي العام عام 2023.
بدأت فصول المأساة بخطة شيطانية محكمة نسجتها محامية (المتهمة الثالثة)، والتي استدرجت الضحية عبر مكالمة وهمية تزعم الحاجة الماسة لكشف طبي منزلي لوالدتها. وما إن وطأت قدم الطبيب المجني عليه المكان حتى انقض عليه الجناة لشل حركته تماماً، وحقنوه بجرعات مخدرة قوية أفقدته وعيه، ليُوضع على كرسي متحرك ويُقتاد خلسة إلى عيادة المتهم الرئيسي بمنطقة الساحل.
وهناك، لم يكن بانتظار الطبيب علاج أو إسعاف، بل حفرة أرضية أُعدت مسبقاً في أرضية العيادة لتكون قبراً له. وعندما بدأ الضحية استعادة وعيه، تحولت الجريمة إلى ابتزاز بشع ومساومة على حياته مقابل فدية مالية ضخمة بلغت 200 ألف دولار.
لقي الدكتور أسامة صبور حتفه نتيجة هبوط حاد ومميت في الدورة الدموية والتنفس، جراء تعرضه لحقن متكرر بجرعات مخدرة مضاعفة واحتجازه لفترة طويلة دون طعام أو شراب. ولمحو آثار الجريمة الشنعاء، أقدم الجناة على دفن جثمانه داخل تلك الحفرة الأرضية وغطوها بطبقة من السيراميك، قبل أن تقود الروائح الكريهة التي تسللت من العيادة إلى كشف المستور وسقوط العصابة في قبضة العدالة.
وبعد استنفاد كافة درجات التقاضي ورفض محكمة النقض للطعون المقدمة، أُسدل الستار بتنفيذ حكم الإعدام بحق المخطط الرئيسي الطبيب أحمد شحتة ومساعده أحمد فرج، في حين قضت المحكمة بالسجن المشدد مدة 15 عاماً بحق المحامية الشريكة في الجريمة.
The judicial authorities in Egypt have closed one of the most heinous and bloodiest crimes in recent memory, after the death penalty was carried out by hanging against a doctor and his assistant, recognizing their just punishment following their conviction for the murder of their colleague, orthopedic specialist Dr. Osama Sabour, known in the media as “The Coast Doctor,” in a crime that shook public opinion in 2023.
The chapters of this tragedy began with a diabolical plan meticulously woven by a lawyer (the third defendant), who lured the victim through a fake call claiming an urgent need for a home medical examination for her mother. As soon as the victimized doctor arrived at the location, the perpetrators pounced on him to completely immobilize him, injecting him with strong anesthetic doses that rendered him unconscious, before placing him in a wheelchair and secretly taking him to the main defendant’s clinic in the coastal area.
There, the doctor was not met with treatment or medical assistance, but rather a pre-prepared pit in the clinic’s floor to serve as his grave. When the victim began to regain consciousness, the crime transformed into a horrific extortion and a bargaining for his life in exchange for a huge ransom of 200,000 dollars.
Dr. Osama Sabour met his death due to acute and fatal circulatory and respiratory failure, as a result of repeated injections with double doses of anesthetics and being held for a long time without food or drink. To erase the traces of the heinous crime, the perpetrators buried his body in that pit and covered it with a layer of ceramic, before the foul odors that seeped from the clinic led to the exposure of the crime and the capture of the gang by justice.
After exhausting all levels of litigation and the Court of Cassation rejecting the appeals submitted, the curtain fell with the execution of the death sentence against the main planner, Dr. Ahmed Shehata, and his assistant, Ahmed Farag, while the court sentenced the lawyer, an accomplice in the crime, to 15 years of hard labor.
