مع اقتراب موسم الحج، وقدوم الحجاج من كل فجٍ عميق؛ ليشهدوا منافع لهم ويذكروا اسم الله في أيامٍ معلومات، تُكمل المملكة العربية السعودية استعداداتها البشرية والرقمية، وترسم خططها الأمنيّة والوقائية؛ لضمان راحة ضيوف الرحمن وقاصدي المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي، وتمكينهم من أداء مناسكهم على أتمّ وأكمل وجه في أطهر البقاع.
وتستشعر القطاعات كافة المُكلّفة بخدمة الحجيج، عِظَم المسؤولية؛ انطلاقاً من واجبها الديني والوطني، وامتثالاً لتوجيهات خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، وولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان، مستثمرين كل ما وفّرته دولتنا -أعزها الله- من قدرات ومقدرات وكوادر للتعامل مع الملبِّين المُحرمين، بكفاءة ومهارة ومرونة عالية تختصر الوقت، وتكفل السلامة والأمن والطمأنينة.
ولا تستكثر بلاد الحرمين ما تبذله من جهود، وما توفره من طاقات وميزانيات؛ لبلوغ المسلمين غايتهم من رحلة إيمانية، تتوّج بأداء الركن الخامس من أركان الإسلام. وتعزز وزارة الحج والعمرة أنسنة المهمات العملية بتهيئة التطبيقات الذكيّة وتفعيلها لخدمة كل حاج، خصوصاً ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وكبار السن، بتحويل تجربة الحج إلى تجربة إنسانية مريحة وروحانية، عبر تطوير المشاعر المقدسة، وإطلاق برامج ومبادرات وحلول هندسية، تقنية، وتصميمية تراعي حاجات الجميع، وتلبّي تطلعاتهم.
ولا تفتأ لجان الحج تذكّر بأن أمن الحج من أمن الوطن، وأن من يحاول المخالفة أو يتقصّد التجاوز، أو تسوّل له نفسه الإخلال بالأمن يقع في دائرة المسؤولية، وتحت طائلة المحاسبة والمساءلة، فلا حج بلا تصريح، ولا تصريح دون احترام أنظمة المملكة، ولا احترام أنظمة إلا بالتعاون مع المؤسسات الحكومية والأهلية والقطاع الثالث كافة، في سبيل الخروج بأبهى صورة لهذه الرحلة المباركة برعاية سعوديّة تتمثّل معنى ومبنى «مهوى الأفئدة»، وصدق الله «ومن يُرد فيه بإلحادٍ بظلمٍ نُذقه من عذاب أليم».
As the Hajj season approaches, and pilgrims come from every deep corner to witness the benefits for themselves and mention the name of God on known days, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia continues its human and digital preparations, outlining its security and preventive plans to ensure the comfort of the guests of the Most Merciful and those visiting the Sacred Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, enabling them to perform their rituals in the best and most complete manner in the holiest of places.
All sectors tasked with serving the pilgrims feel the magnitude of their responsibility, stemming from their religious and national duty, and in compliance with the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman. They are utilizing all that our nation – may God honor it – has provided in terms of capabilities, resources, and personnel to efficiently and skillfully manage the needs of the pilgrims, with high flexibility that saves time and ensures safety, security, and peace of mind.
The land of the Two Holy Mosques does not spare any effort or resources to help Muslims achieve their goal of a spiritual journey, culminating in the performance of the fifth pillar of Islam. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah enhances the humanization of operational tasks by preparing and activating smart applications to serve every pilgrim, especially those with special needs and the elderly, transforming the Hajj experience into a comfortable and spiritual human experience, through the development of sacred sites and the launch of programs, initiatives, and engineering, technical, and design solutions that consider everyone’s needs and meet their aspirations.
The Hajj committees continually remind that the security of Hajj is part of the security of the nation, and that anyone who attempts to violate or deliberately transgress, or whose soul prompts them to disrupt security, falls within the circle of responsibility and is subject to accountability. There is no Hajj without a permit, and no permit without respecting the Kingdom’s regulations, and no respect for regulations except through cooperation with all governmental, private, and third sector institutions, in order to present this blessed journey in the best possible light under Saudi care, embodying the meaning and essence of “the heart’s desire,” and God has spoken the truth: “And whoever intends therein to commit deviation with wrongdoing – We will make him taste of a painful punishment.”
