The “Yemen Dawn” operation continues for the tenth consecutive day, targeting the strongholds of the terrorist Houthi militia, amid escalating confrontations in several battlefronts, particularly in the Al-Mudharabah district north of Lahij Governorate, and the southern front in Marib Governorate.

A military source announced today, Wednesday, that the Yemeni armed forces, with the support of the Subaiha tribes, are engaged in fierce clashes with Houthi elements, following an attack launched by the militia on the areas of Al-Aghbira, Al-Mansoura, and Al-Muhawila, noting that the clashes are still ongoing.

The source indicated that military reinforcements from the Giants Brigades have arrived at the fronts of Al-Mudharabah district, as part of the efforts aimed at countering the repeated Houthi attacks.

According to the source, the Houthi militia is attempting to open a gap in the fronts of Al-Mudharabah and advance towards Tor Al-Bahah or Ras Al-Arah, which would allow them to encircle the government forces stationed in the Bab al-Mandab area and the strategic Khaboub mountain range overlooking the strait.

In Marib Governorate, the media center of the Yemeni armed forces published video clips that it claimed document the storming of Houthi fortifications on the southern front.

The center confirmed in a post on the “X” platform that Houthi elements fled in the face of the armed forces’ advance, while military operations continue to cleanse the governorate of Houthi militia elements.

The Yemeni armed forces announced on Monday the expansion of their offensive operations within “Yemen Dawn” on the eastern and southern fronts, achieving field progress under intense fire support.

According to the tally announced, 2,200 targeting operations were carried out using warplanes, drones, artillery, and rocket launchers, in addition to sniper units.

It stated that the operations focused on command and control centers, fortifications, sources of fire, observation and reconnaissance points, as well as gathering areas, weapon and ammunition depots, transport and supply means, and other military targets.

It is worth noting that the “Yemen Dawn” operation was launched by the President of the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council, Rashad Al-Alimi, and aims to regain areas under Houthi control, secure the Bab al-Mandab strait and the surrounding strategic areas, ultimately leading to the recovery of the capital, Sana’a, and ending the militia’s control.
