16.3 مليار ريال حجم سوق الأمن السيبراني في السعودية عام 2025 – أخبار السعودية
أصدرت الهيئة الوطنية للأمن السيبراني تقريرًا حول «أبرز المؤشرات الاقتصادية في قطاع الأمن السيبراني بالسعودية 2026م»، يغطي عددًا من المؤشرات الاقتصادية ومنها حجم سوق الأمن السيبراني، وإسهام القطاع في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، وأبرز مؤشرات القوى العاملة فيه، وغيرها من المؤشرات التي تعكس نمو القطاع في المملكة.
وكشف التقرير عن بلوغ حجم سوق الأمن السيبراني بالمملكة نحو 16.3 مليار ريال سعودي خلال عام 2025، وبمعدل نمو سنوي مركب للثلاثة أعوام الماضية قدره 10.7%، حيث بلغ إنفاق جهات القطاع الحكومي على منتجات وخدمات الأمن السيبراني نحو 5.1 مليارات ريال بما يمثل 31% من حجم سوق الأمن السيبراني في المملكة، فيما سجل إنفاق جهات القطاع الخاص 11.2 مليار ريال بنسبة تمثل 69% من حجم السوق.
وبيّنت الهيئة أن إسهام قطاع الأمن السيبراني في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي بالأسعار الجارية للمملكة خلال العام 2025، بلغ نحو 20 مليار ريال وبمعدل نمو سنوي مركب قدره 13.2%؛ منها 9.7 مليارات ريال مساهمة مباشرة لمقدمي منتجات وخدمات الأمن السيبراني، و10.3 مليارات ريال مساهمة غير مباشرة، كما تمثل هذه المساهمة 0.42% من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي للمملكة، و0.71% من الناتج المحلي للأنشطة غير النفطية.
وتناول التقرير حجم القوى العاملة في قطاع الأمن السيبراني بالمملكة؛ إذ بلغ أكثر من 22 ألف مختص خلال العام 2025، وبمعدل نمو سنوي مركب قدره 5.9%؛ وذلك نظير المبادرات والبرامج التدريبية المتخصصة في مجال الأمن السيبراني التي تتلاءم مع حاجات ومتطلبات القطاعات الحيوية، لدعم التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في المملكة.
وفيما يبلغ المعدل العالمي لمشاركة المرأة بالعمل في قطاع الأمن السيبراني نحو 22%، تجاوزت نسبة مشاركة المرأة بالعمل في القطاع بالمملكة هذا المعدل العالمي لتسجل 33% من إجمالي المختصين العاملين في القطاع.
واستعرض التقرير حجم سوق الأمن السيبراني حسب تصنيف منتجات وخدمات الأمن السيبراني، حيث بلغت نسبة الإنفاق على المنتجات 51% من إجمالي حجم السوق بقيمة 8.3 مليار ريال، فيما وصلت نسبة الإنفاق على خدمات الأمن السيبراني 49% من إجمالي حجم السوق بقيمة 7.9 مليارات ريال.
كما استعرض التقرير أبرز منتجات وخدمات الأمن السيبراني التي تمثلت في «أمن الأجهزة الطرفية وإدارتها، تكامل أنظمة الأمن السيبراني، أمن الشبكات، أمن البيانات، حلول عمليات الأمن السيبراني».
وأكد التقرير أن نمو حجم سوق الأمن السيبراني في المملكة يأتي في إطار الجهود والمبادرات الرامية إلى تعزيز التنافسية وتشجيع الاستثمار والابتكار في قطاع الأمن السيبراني، والتكامل بين القطاعين الحكومي والخاص للإسهام في تنمية القطاع بالمملكة.
يشار إلى أن منهجية إعداد الدراسة قد تضمنت تصنيف كافة المنتجات والخدمات في قطاع الأمن السيبراني وفقاً لتصنيف الخدمات والمنتجات الذي اشتمل على 100 منتج وخدمة، وذلك باتباع أفضل المنهجيات والمعايير والممارسات الدولية في هذا الشأن.
The National Cybersecurity Authority has issued a report on “The Key Economic Indicators in the Cybersecurity Sector in Saudi Arabia 2026,” covering several economic indicators including the size of the cybersecurity market, the sector’s contribution to the gross domestic product, and key workforce indicators, among others that reflect the sector’s growth in the Kingdom.
The report revealed that the size of the cybersecurity market in the Kingdom is expected to reach approximately 16.3 billion Saudi Riyals during the year 2025, with a compound annual growth rate of 10.7% over the past three years. Government sector spending on cybersecurity products and services amounted to about 5.1 billion Riyals, representing 31% of the size of the cybersecurity market in the Kingdom, while private sector spending reached 11.2 billion Riyals, accounting for 69% of the market size.
The Authority indicated that the contribution of the cybersecurity sector to the gross domestic product at current prices in the Kingdom during the year 2025 is expected to be around 20 billion Riyals, with a compound annual growth rate of 13.2%; of which 9.7 billion Riyals is a direct contribution from providers of cybersecurity products and services, and 10.3 billion Riyals is an indirect contribution. This contribution represents 0.42% of the Kingdom’s gross domestic product and 0.71% of the GDP of non-oil activities.
The report addressed the size of the workforce in the cybersecurity sector in the Kingdom, which reached over 22,000 specialists during the year 2025, with a compound annual growth rate of 5.9%; this is due to initiatives and specialized training programs in the field of cybersecurity that align with the needs and requirements of vital sectors to support economic and social development in the Kingdom.
While the global average for women’s participation in the cybersecurity workforce is about 22%, the percentage of women participating in the sector in the Kingdom has exceeded this global average, recording 33% of the total specialists working in the sector.
The report reviewed the size of the cybersecurity market according to the classification of cybersecurity products and services, where the percentage of spending on products was 51% of the total market size, valued at 8.3 billion Riyals, while the percentage of spending on cybersecurity services reached 49% of the total market size, valued at 7.9 billion Riyals.
The report also highlighted the key cybersecurity products and services, which included “Endpoint Security and Management, Cybersecurity Systems Integration, Network Security, Data Security, Cybersecurity Operations Solutions.”
The report confirmed that the growth of the cybersecurity market size in the Kingdom is part of efforts and initiatives aimed at enhancing competitiveness and encouraging investment and innovation in the cybersecurity sector, as well as the integration between the government and private sectors to contribute to the development of the sector in the Kingdom.
It is worth noting that the methodology for preparing the study included classifying all products and services in the cybersecurity sector according to a classification of services and products that included 100 products and services, following the best methodologies, standards, and international practices in this regard.
