ترمب: وزير الطاقة «مخطئ».. أسعار البنزين تنخفض بانتهاء الحرب – أخبار السعودية
رفض الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، اليوم، حديث وزير الطاقة كريس رايت عن أن أسعار البنزين لن تنخفض قبل 2027، قائلا إن الأمريكيين يمكنهم توقع انخفاضها فور انتهاء حرب إيران.
وقال ترمب لمراسل صحيفة «ذا هيل»: «أعتقد أنه مخطئ في ذلك، مخطئ تماماً، ومن المتوقع أن تنخفض الأسعار بمجرد انتهاء هذا الأمر».
أزمة محروقات
وكان رايت قد أبلغ شبكة «سي.إن.إن» أمس (الأحد) بأن انخفاض سعر البنزين إلى أقل من ثلاثة دولارات للغالون «قد يحدث في وقت لاحق من هذا العام، إلا أن ذلك قد لا يحدث قبل العام القادم».
وفي حين أقر رايت، خلال حديثه لـ«سي.إن.إن» بأنه «مع حل هذا الصراع، ستشهدون انخفاضاً في الأسعار، فلا نهاية واضحة في الأفق على ما يبدو لأزمة أسعار المحروقات».
وتشير تقديرات رابطة السيارات الأمريكية إلى أن متوسط سعر غالون البنزين العادي بلغ اليوم 4.04 دولار، ارتفاعاً من 3.15 دولار قبل عام. وقفزت أسعار النفط 5% على مستوى العالم اليوم.
وأدى ارتفاع أسعار الوقود إلى زيادة أسعار مجموعة من السلع والخدمات في أنحاء الولايات المتحدة، من تذاكر الطيران والإسكان إلى الأسمدة والمواد الغذائية.
U.S. President Donald Trump rejected today Energy Secretary Chris Wright’s statement that gasoline prices will not drop before 2027, saying that Americans can expect a decrease as soon as the Iran war is over.
Trump told a reporter from The Hill: “I think he is wrong about that, completely wrong, and prices are expected to drop as soon as this matter is resolved.”
Fuel Crisis
Wright had informed CNN yesterday (Sunday) that a drop in gasoline prices to below three dollars a gallon “could happen later this year, but it may not occur until next year.”
While Wright acknowledged during his talk with CNN that “with the resolution of this conflict, you will see a decrease in prices, there seems to be no clear end in sight for the fuel price crisis.”
Estimates from the American Automobile Association indicate that the average price of regular gasoline today reached $4.04 a gallon, up from $3.15 a year ago. Oil prices surged 5% globally today.
The rise in fuel prices has led to increased prices for a range of goods and services across the United States, from airline tickets and housing to fertilizers and food products.
